By 2050, we envision an Armenia where every child—no matter their village location or socioeconomic status—unlocks their full potential and leads a life of choice. Classrooms in border villages will be as empowered and innovative as those in Yerevan, or any other world capital. Education will be the great equalizer that fuels Armenia's growth. We refuse to settle for 'good enough.'

Our Ecosystem Approach
Achieving a goal as sweeping as a national education renaissance requires attacking the problem from multiple fronts at once. We develop leaders at every level of the system: from the classroom to the principal's office, from community grassroots to the halls of government.
These components don't operate in silos—they reinforce one another as a cohesive movement. A teacher trained through the Teacher Leadership Program might become a school turnaround leader in Seroond, then launch an innovative education venture via Káits, and eventually help write national policy through our Public Policy Lab. This leadership pathway ensures that short-term classroom impact grows into long-term systemic change.

Our Impact
When you invest in bold leadership and holistic approaches, the returns are outstanding. Hope is replacing resignation in places that had been written off.
We've placed teacher-leaders in every region of Armenia, annually reaching over 30,000 students—more than 12% of all students in Armenia. Our goal is 100% of students in the future.
550+ alumni are now emerging leaders across sectors. Over 70% remain in education or social impact long-term. Alumni serve as school principals, lead NGOs, win Fulbright scholarships, and take roles in government. 50% of our own staff are alumni.
Students in schools with TFA Fellows consistently show improved academic growth. Over 90% of surveyed parents report noticing a positive change in their child's attitude toward learning. We're not just producing better test scores; we're igniting a love of learning.
Seroond's pilot results: 100% teacher satisfaction, 2x student enrollment growth, huge jumps in literacy. Local governments have started contributing budget resources to keep improvements going—a sign the model convinces those who hold the purse strings.
Through Change-Based Learning and Káits, hundreds of student-led and teacher-led projects have been launched, impacting an additional 20,000 community members. Some student projects have won national awards.
In 2022, we hosted the Teach For All Global Conference in Yerevan, welcoming delegates from 60 countries. Featured at WISE Summit, UNESCO panels. Forbes '30 Under 30.' PMI 2025 award for social impact.
