Who We Are Looking For
Eligibility Criteria
We welcome individuals from diverse professional backgrounds who share our vision. Here are the key requirements for our participants.
Higher Education
Bachelor's degree in any field by the start of the program (July).
Language Proficiency
Fluency in Armenian (speaking and writing) to teach and engage with the community.
Commitment
Willingness to live and teach in rural communities of Armenia for two years.
Leadership Potential
Resilience, desire to learn, and belief that every child has unlimited potential.

What to Expect After Applying
Online Application
Stage 1
Fill out the application form presenting your education, experience, and motivation.
Interview
Stage 2
Successful applicants are invited to an online interview to discuss their experience in more detail.
Assessment Center
Stage 3
Final stage involving a sample lesson, group activity, and individual interview.
Final Decision
Result
We inform you of the selection results and invite you to join the Summer Academy.
